It is once again that time of year that we hold the Annual meeting for Town & Country Supply Association. This is a great opportunity to hear how the financial performance of your co-op turned out and to get a little insight into what is next for the co-op. You can also exercise your right to vote in the Director Election during this meeting. We will have two director seats up for election this year – one from the Hardin area and one from the Bridger area. The meeting is scheduled for April 5, 2022 and will be held at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center. All voting members will receive an invitation in the mail for this meeting.
On another note, the cooperative has rolled into another new year with a new focus on employee development. Josh Starr has just recently completed a program called “Leading for Results” which was put on in conjunction with CHS and North Dakota State University. We have scheduled three more division managers to attend the “Leading for Impact” development program this year and are in the process of determining what development our next level of management needs to further their skills and knowledge for leading their employees. Our goal is to develop our management team to accomplish the level of quality customer service that you, as patrons, deserve from your co-op.
